I’m Laura Kunz.

Years ago, I was the woman who had it all together on the outside — and was completely falling apart on the inside. Exhausted. Overwhelmed. Drowning in guilt and shame as a mother.

I tried therapy, meditation apps, journaling, affirmations. Some helped on the surface. But nothing reached that deep, bone-tired place inside me until I discovered emotional clearing — clearing the guilt, shame, and invisible weight from my body and energy field.

That’s when everything changed. Not overnight, but gently, steadily, beautifully. I learned that my body had been holding trapped emotions and patterns that kept me drained. The key wasn’t to think my way out — it was to clear my way home.

The Temple of Her was born from that homecoming. Everything I create here is the exact path I wish someone had given me when I was at my most lost.
